We had a convenient location with easy access to public transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of options. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

We had a pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel's location was excellent, just steps away from the metro station exit, making it convenient to explore the city. We also appreciated the staff's willingness to help us with transportation, as they were able to order a taxi for us when needed. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, from the friendly and patient reception staff to the attentive housekeeping team.
This place provided enhanced comfort and quality services. We would recommend this hotel to everyone, considering its prime location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

The room was spacious and comfortable enough, and the free Wi-Fi was fairly reliable. The hotel is located in a central area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and is within walking distance to public transportation.
The staff had difficulty communicating in English and were not very accommodating when issues arose. Noise from construction nearby was disruptive and made it hard to sleep.

the hot breakfast options were delicious and always replenished quickly. the hotel's location near multiple restaurants and shops was very convenient and made exploring the city easy.
The room itself was a bit cramped and could have used more storage options for longer stays. the staff struggled with speaking English, making communication sometimes difficult.

The hotel's room was very elegant and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. the service from the staff was obliging, and the breakfast had plenty of western food. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to reach local sights and attractions.
Some members of the hotel staff didn't speak proper English, and the front desk clerk was unwilling to help order a taxi.
